Our team remains available via phone/email/text during normal business hours while we work from home and adjust basic services while keeping everyone safe. Our main phone line is open 24/7.
Know that as professionals in the real estate industry, ours is considered an “essential business” and providers of rental housing are permitted to continue operating to the extent necessary to maintain continuity of operations. The same applies for the vendors and service people with whom we are currently working.
That said, our team is just as concerned as you are about social distancing and limiting the spread of COVID-19 for the protection of all and every available precaution is being taken.

PROPERTY SHOWINGS: Our team is delighted to hear from prospective new residents and we are making every (safe!) effort to virtually or remotely show our properties. (We are not, however, able to physically show occupied homes at this time, so sorry!) If you have a question about a home that is currently available, please contact the leasing agent for the most updated information, or call our office 24/7 at (415) 507-9600 (press 2 to be transferred to our 24/7 showing hotline, or 8 to be transferred to a receptionist.) All properties will remain fully marketed during this time. As long as we can maintain community health and safety standards, we will continue to arrange property viewings.
PROSPECTIVE NEW CLIENTS: If you are considering listing your home for lease – or hiring a property manager – know that we are in a dynamic and changing market, with the AB-1482 rent control regulations still coming into effect along with new COVID-19 regulations. CURRENT RESIDENTS: To our residents, please know that during this time, we will continue to serve your property management needs and do everything we can to offer our support. MAINTENANCE REQUESTS: If you have a maintenance request, please continue to submit via your online portal or call our 24/7 service hotline 844-656-0439 as normal. We have halted most non-essential maintenance and non-essential inspections for the time being, and the only services currently being carried out are those considered to be “essential” for the safety and upkeep of your residence. Our team is triaging maintenance requests and will continue to oversee service as long as it is legal, safe and we have vendors willing and able to service the properties.
RENTAL PAYMENTS: Over 90% of our residents pay rent online. If you are part of the 10% who do not, we implore you to please do so at this time. You can set up online rent payments in your resident portal. If you have any questions or need any help, please contact your property manager and they will be pleased to assist.
