Know that as professionals in the real estate industry, ours is considered an “essential business” and providers of rental housing are permitted to continue operating to the extent necessary to maintain continuity of operations. The same applies for the vendors and service people with whom we are currently working.
That said, our team is just as concerned as you are about limiting the spread of COVID-19 for the protection of all; as such, the standard required precautions are being taken.

PROPERTY SHOWINGS: Our team is delighted to hear from prospective new residents and while we will continue to do in-person showings as permitted by local regulations, we are also making every effort to accommodate requests for virtual or remote showings as needed. We maintain community health and safety standards for all showings as directed by Marin County Health and Safety.
CURRENT RESIDENTS: To our residents, please know that during this time, we will continue to serve your property management needs and do everything we can to offer our support at a contact level that is comfortable for you. RENTAL PAYMENTS: Over 90% of our residents pay rent online. If you are part of the 10% who do not, we implore you to please do so at this time.
