Move-In/Move-Out inspections (or lack thereof!) and corresponding security deposit disputes are the largest cause for small claims or court actions between landlords and tenants.

We created this “MIMO Inspection Service” because over the years we noticed how few of our DIY managing clients ever actually performed an inspection, let alone a proper one. And we want to help set you up for success.

Our inspection service takes several hours, and is performed on a vacant house only. We will provide you will full color photos and a written PDF report for your records.

This service is ONLY available to our clients.

It’s important to note that since we are not managing the property, this is an inspection service only. We do not get involved in self-managing client deposit disputes, nor are we able to handle your security deposit disposition letter, or any opinion on damage. We are simply doing the legwork of documenting the current condition of the property at the time of the inspection.
