With our toll-free Emergency Maintenance Hotline, your tenants can request help right away, on demand and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you’re not available, we’ll handle the service call from start-to-finish, and provide you a detailed follow-up report. Our service includes initial trouble-shooting to determine if the call is a true emergency, or if it can wait until you are available to oversee. All non-urgent calls with be re-directed back to you via email to handle at your convenience.
