Happy (almost!) Spring, Landlords!

This month marks the start of what we like to call “leasing season”…our busiest time of year by far.  Historically speaking, it’s the best time of year to have a vacancy…2021 is not necessarily going to be a “normal” year, but with record breaking sales left and right in Marin, we’re looking forward to seeing this month’s leasing stats after a slow Jan/Feb for rentals.
