Things are picking up! Both from tenant activity and more inventory hitting the market. Get ready for a busy Fall.
Our advice at this time of the year is to make sure if you have a property current on the market or are planning on bringing one on in late August through end of September is to make sure that you market and price effectively to ensure that you secure a tenant by the end of October. The market typically gets very slow in Q 4 and prices drop while DOM’s increase.
