Market Update for the Week of September 27

The dam has finally broke- While we only had one unit rent last week, we approved several sets of applicants over the weekend and there leases out for signature.

This is how it is likely going to flow for the next few weeks- We will see pops of activity in the midst of lulls.

33 Oakdale went live last week and we are already Pending. While we will be sad to see this listing move on to new ownership- we take solace that we were able to help the sellers exit and create new memories in their next chapter.
