Diamond Package

Diamond Package – $4,495

The Diamond Package is our most comprehensive package – a combination of education and sightseeing – including all services offered through the Platinum and Gold packages, while upgrading to Unlimited Proactive Relocation Assistance. Property tours include Facetime or other virtual tours geared to international clients or those from outside the region who cannot be present to tour new listings. For the Diamond Package client, the first visit includes either Lincoln Town Car (or similar) service to and from an airport, provided by local Marin-owned Billy’s Limo’s, or the first day’s touring via town car. To help clients get better acquainted with life here in the Bay Area, this package also includes a three-hour SF Bay sail, departing from Tiburon, for up to five guests (including fabulous beverages and food) through locally owned sailing charter company A Great Escape. Clients who sign up for our Diamond Package receive access to properties that are both publicly and privately listed, as well as unlimited rental assistance from our team until appropriate housing is found.

The fee for this service is $4,495 and we’re yours until you’ve secured the right rental. The Diamond Package includes (as needed):
