Market Update for the Week of September 6

Who is ready for Fall? Well the Fall market is going to be here before you know it (like in 3-4 weeks). Time to get those listings buttoned up. If you have been on the market for more than 4 weeks reduce your listing rate and fill that vacancy.

-Last week was a whirlwind with our sales listing at 76 Sandy Creek- Following the sales cycle pattern in this neighborhood- we received multiple offers on this house and went into contract effective Friday. The seller couldn’t be more pleased with the result of an all cash offer and quick close.
