Q: It appears that evictions will continue to be banned for another six months. Do you know of any financial protections in place for landlords? 

A: This is a complicated matter for CA landlords right now between AB-1482, AB-3088 and SB-91. The short answer is, yes there is some possible rent relief for landlords.  The longer answer is: it depends.  Based on a number of qualifying factors, you may be required to take action, whether you want to participate or not.  Here is a special video we put out with special guest speaker and landlord attorney Barrett Shaefer explaining the topic for our local landlords:
